Most orders are produced and dispatched in 1-2 days once the design is approved — this is possible because our design, engraving, printing, and packaging all happen in-house under one roof. Delivery time after dispatch is typically 2–6 business days across India, depending on your location and selection of delivery mode surface/air.
Customisation
Yes. Every product can be personalized with your company logo, recipient name, designation, years of service, date, and any engraving text you require. Our in-house design team handles everything from artwork preparation to final production.
The most preferred version is cdr as all our machines operate in Corel Draw. But we can manage pdf, png, jpg, dfx or eps files. If you only have a JPEG, PNG, or even a photo on your phone, share it with us and our team will work with it. We will let you know if a higher quality version is needed — in most cases we can fix it on our end without any delay to your order.
Yes. A digital design proof is shared with every customer before production begins. You can review it, request changes, and only once you give your final approval does production start. Nothing is manufactured without your explicit sign-off.
We revise the design until you are completely satisfied. There is no limit on revision rounds — nothing moves into production without your final approval.
Yes. We regularly fulfill large corporate orders where each piece carries a different recipient name, designation, or milestone date. Simply share your recipient list and we handle every individual personalisation — no matter the quantity.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing varies depending on the product type, material, size, and quantity. Branding i.e. content customization is FREE and we charge some contribution towards the shipping fee.
Yes. Pricing improves with order quantity. Share your requirements and we will send a detailed quote with the best pricing for your order size. Applicable for a quantity of more than 100 pieces.
The price shown is inclusive of GST and standard personalisation. There are no hidden charges. For bulk or customised orders, a clear quote with full cost breakdown is shared before you confirm anything.
Yes. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued with every order, making it straightforward for your accounts or procurement team to process.
Yes. Long Service Awards are one of our core specialisations. We work with HR teams across India to design and deliver personalised awards for 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25-year milestones — handling everything from design and bulk personalisation to timely delivery across India and internationally.
Delivery & Packaging
Once the design is approved, most orders are produced and dispatched within 2 days but this can be squeezed or expanded based on some factors. This is possible because our entire production — design, engraving, printing, and packaging — happens in-house. Share your deadline and we will confirm immediately whether we can meet it. Delivery across India typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Your tracking number and courier details are sent to you on WhatsApp the very next morning after we dispatch your order — no need to follow up or ask for it.
All products are delivered in protective packaging. For corporate gift sets, presentation boxes are included. A personalised message card can also be added — just let us know when placing the order.
Quality & After-Sales
If there is any manufacturing defect or an error on our end, we redo the order at no cost to you. Share a photo of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order and our team will resolve it immediately.
