Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
For Indian Orders:
| Return | Customized Products: Unfortunately, personalized and customized products cannot be returned. Non-Customized Products: 1. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it. It’s easy! You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. We will happily refund your full purchase price. 2. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for non-customized items. Products must be in a sealable condition for returns to be processed. 3. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. |
| Refund | Refunds for non-customized returned items will be processed within 7-10 working days after inspection of goods in factory. |
| Exchange | 1. If a product arrives with any defects or broken 2. If there is any spelling mistake from Muskurado 3. If the product received doesn’t match with product ordered 4. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging Kindly share the pictures or video of the faulty product. Please contact us at +91 8377882012 within 3 days. We will replace the damaged item with a new one at no additional cost. |
For International Orders:
| Return | Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international orders once processed. We take care of India customs charges while export however the import duties are solely to be borne by the buyer and no returns with a reason of high customs duty. |
| Refund | No refunds are provided for international orders once the orders are processed. |
